About Us
Modulx Composites & Casting Pvt. Ltd. is establishing a new specialty chemical division focused on textile auxiliaries, acrylic binders, carpet binders, water-based polymer emulsions, and specialty latex formulations. We are looking for an experienced formulation chemist to help build the business from the ground up.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and optimize formulations for:
• Acrylic Pigment Printing Binders
• Carpet Binder Compounds
• Textile Auxiliaries
• Water-based Polymer Emulsions
• Defoamers and Wetting Agents
• Scale up formulations from laboratory to commercial production.
• Select and qualify raw materials and suppliers.
• Establish quality control specifications and SOPs.
• Support plant setup, process optimization, and production troubleshooting.
• Provide technical support during customer trials and product approvals.
• Prepare Technical Data Sheets (TDS), Safety Data Sheets (SDS), and product documentation.
• Train production and QC personnel.
Preferred Experience
• 8–15+ years in specialty chemicals, textile chemicals, acrylic emulsions, latex, binders, or water-based polymers.
• Experience with textile binders, carpet chemicals, pigment printing binders, or acrylic polymer dispersions is highly preferred.
• Hands-on experience in product development, pilot scale-up, and commercial manufacturing.
Education
• M.Sc. Chemistry / Polymer Chemistry
• B.Tech/M.Tech in Chemical Engineering or Polymer Engineering
• Equivalent industrial experience will also be considered.
