About the Role:
We're building a health-genomics product and looking for a Senior Flutter Engineer to own the part users actually see — the mobile app, plus a small web screen for admin use. You care deeply about how an app feels in the hand and how reliably it talks to the backend. You'll also lead a small pod and mentor a junior engineer.
What You'll Do:
Own and build the mobile app across iOS and Android.
Build a small web admin screen.
Implement features like large-file uploads, charts, push notifications, and robust API integration.
Ensure the app is reliable, performant, and feels great to use.
Lead a small engineering pod: review code, set standards, and mentor a junior engineer.
Must Have:
3+ years of Flutter and Dart (4+ years total mobile experience).
At least two apps shipped to both the App Store and Play Store.
Strong experience with REST APIs, state management, file uploads, charts, and push notifications.
Nice to Have:
Some Flutter Web or React/Next.js (for the admin screen).
Secure token storage.
Experience with health or fitness apps.
Mobile CI experience (Codemagic, Fastlane).
