About the Role
We're building a mobile-first product at startup pace and we need someone who can own the frontend and, when needed, roll up their sleeves on the backend too. You'll work directly with the founder and product team, shape product decisions, and be the person who takes a rough idea and turns it into something people actually love using.

What You'll Do
- Own Flutter development across the full app, architecture, features, performance, polish
- Use AI/vibe coding tools heavily to move fast, while being the quality gate for everything that gets merged
- Take raw product ideas and independently plan, design, and ship them to production
- Design high-quality UI/UX, you have strong opinions about what looks and feels great
- Debug and fix backend issues yourself, Node.js APIs, Supabase queries, Redis, SQL, without needing to hand it off
- Work closely with the product team to translate requirements into technical decisions, push back when something doesn't make sense, and contribute your own ideas to the roadmap
- Lead and mentor Flutter interns and junior developers, review their code, unblock them, and raise the overall quality of the team's output
Must-Haves
- 2+ years of Flutter development with production apps shipped
- Fluent with vibe coding tools and experienced in reviewing AI-generated code critically
- Strong product sense: you can take a vague idea, ask the right questions, and ship something great
- Solid with backend debugging: Node.js, Supabase, PostgreSQL/SQL, Redis
- Strong eye for UI/UX: you've designed flows and screens, not just implemented them
- Experience working alongside product or design teams and translating fuzzy requirements into clean execution
- Comfortable leading a small team: you give clear feedback, review code thoroughly, and help juniors grow without micromanaging
- You don't wait for a PRD. You figure it out.
Good to Have
- Experience integrating LLM APIs, building RAG pipelines, or shipping AI-powered features
- Prior startup experience where you wore multiple hats
- Familiarity with real-time systems, offline-first architecture, or event-driven flows
