Role Description

We are looking for a skilled Senior Flutter Developer who can build high-performance, next-gen, scalable mobile applications with clean architecture and strong backend integration capabilities.

You will be responsible for developing and maintaining cross-platform mobile apps, collaborating with backend teams, and contributing to product architecture decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain high-performance Flutter applications for production

• Take end-to-end ownership of features from design to deployment

• Implement efficient app lifecycle management

• Architect and maintain scalable and modular code structures (Clean Architecture principles)

• Develop and manage robust network layers

• Handle complex asynchronous operations and ensure smooth UI under heavy data loads

• Integrate and manage Bluetooth / IoT-based device communication (if applicable)

• Work on real-time features and background processing where required

• Monitor, debug, and improve application performance using Flutter DevTools and profiling tools

• Ensure production stability, handle crash reports, and continuously improve app reliability

• Lead code reviews, architecture discussions, and technical decision-making

Required Skills

• 4+ Years of strong experience in Flutter (Dart)

• Strong collaboration skills while working with backend, product and design teams

• Ability to communicate performance issues, bottlenecks, and solutions with clarity

• Deep understanding of rendering pipeline and widget lifecycle

• Proven experience in performance optimization.

• Strong expertise in state management.

• Experience in handling complex app flows

• Strong understanding of network layer design

• Experience with real-time or device-connected applications with Bluetooth / IoT integration

• Knowledge of multi-device performance handling

• Experience with debugging & profiling tools: Flutter DevTools, Performance tracing

• Experience with production-grade app deployment & monitoring

Highly Preferred

• Experience with Bluetooth / BLE integration

• Experience in IoT / Hardware-connected apps

• Experience in handling offline + sync architectures

• Understanding of startup lifecycle optimization techniques

• Experience in modular apps / large codebases

• Salary Range: ₹10 LPA – ₹14 LPA (based on skills & experience)
