We're hiring a Senior Pilot & Flight Operations Lead to command UAV missions — from prototypes to autonomous systems — while leading a team of pilots and operators. If you've flown heavy fixed wing UAVs or aircraft, we want to talk.
★ Strong preference for candidates with hands-on experience piloting fixed wing UAVs or aircraft weighing 100 kg or more.
What you'll do
- Serve as chief pilot for test flights, BVLOS, and autonomous drone missions
- Plan, schedule, and coordinate all UAV missions across programs
- Build and enforce SOPs, safety procedures, and DGCA / FAA / EASA compliance
- Support R&D and engineering teams during drone design testing
- Monitor telemetry, collect sensor data, and provide flight performance feedback
- Maintain flight logs, incident reports, and regulatory documentation
What we're looking for
- Fixed wing UAV / aircraft experience — 100 kg or more
- 5–10 years in UAV or aircraft flight operations
- Team leadership background
- Strong knowledge of airspace regulations
- Degree in Aerospace, Aviation, or Mechanical Engineering
- BVLOS / autonomous drone experience (preferred)
- Telemetry and sensor data analysis skills
