Microair Avionics is hiring an experienced Firmware Engineer to work on next-generation avionics and embedded systems for global aviation applications.
You’ll be developing firmware for advanced aviation products including:
- Integrated Flight Systems
- Navigation Sensors
- Instrument Displays
- VHF Radios
- Transponders
This role is ideal for engineers with deep embedded systems expertise who enjoy solving complex technical problems in safety-critical environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and optimize firmware for STM32 and ESP32 platforms
- Work on embedded product development and system integration
- Debug and improve firmware reliability and performance
- Design firmware testing and validation workflows
- Collaborate with Agile engineering teams
- Maintain documentation in Confluence
- Manage code using GitHub version control
- Participate in code reviews and architecture discussions
Required Skills & ExperienceMust Have
- 10+ years of embedded firmware development experience
- Strong hands-on expertise in:
- STM32 (Mandatory)
- Embedded C/C++
- RTOS
- Communication protocols & hardware interfaces
- Proven experience building embedded system products
Preferred
- ESP32
- NXP / nRF platforms
- Avionics or safety-critical systems experience
- LVGL
- DSP exposure
Eligibility
We are specifically looking for candidates who:
✔ Have 10+ years of relevant experience
✔ Can join immediately or within short notice
✔ Are willing to relocate to Indore
