Senior Fintech Consultant — Institutional FX/CFD Brokerage Buildout
We are building an institutional-grade, multi-asset brokerage (Abra Markets) targeting hedge funds, proprietary trading desks, family offices, and UHNWI clients. This is a high-complexity build, not a retail broker setup. We’re looking for a senior fintech consultant/operator who has directly worked on launching or scaling FX/CFD brokerages at an institutional level.
What You’ll Be Responsible For- Structuring and executing the end-to-end brokerage buildout
- Designing trading infrastructure architecture:
- Platform (MT5/cTrader/institutional alternatives)
- Bridge & execution layer
- Liquidity (Prime of Prime/LP structuring)
- Advising on A-book/B-book/hybrid execution models
- Supporting licensing strategy + offshore structuring
- Defining India-facing operating model within FEMA constraints
- Setting up:
- CRM & back-office systems
- KYC/AML workflows
- Reporting & client management infrastructure
- Assisting with vendor selection (CMC Connect etc.)
- Building scalable operational and execution frameworks
- Leveraging AI/data systems for workflow efficiency where relevant
Required Background- Direct experience with FX/CFD brokerage launches or core infrastructure
- Strong understanding of:
- Liquidity providers & Prime-of-Prime relationships
- Bridge technology & order routing
- Institutional vs retail execution differences
- Exposure to multi-jurisdiction setups (offshore + onshore marketing models)
- Working knowledge of regulatory frameworks
- Ability to translate technical systems into executable business architecture
