We’re Hiring: Senior Finance Specialist | Kido
Are you a finance professional who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment? Join Kido as a Senior Finance Specialist and play a key role in strengthening our financial operations and driving business impact. You will be reporting directly to the Head of Finance.
Work Location: Chennai
Work Schedule: 5 days a week
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end accounting, including GL, AP, AR, and reconciliations
- Prepare and review financial statements in compliance with applicable standards
- Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances
- Coordinate with auditors for internal and statutory audits
- Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and variance analysis
- Support financial planning and forecasting activities
- Ensure strong internal controls and process improvements
Requirements:
- CA / CMA / MBA / B.com / BCS (Finance) or equivalent qualification
- 4–7 years of relevant experience in finance & accounting
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and compliance (GST, TDS, etc.)
- Experience with ERP/accounting systems (Zoho books, or similar preferred)
- Proficiency in Excel and financial reporting tools
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
