Hiring: Senior Specialist - Finance
📍 Location: Gurugram
💼 Experience: 7+ Years
We are looking for a highly analytical and business-oriented FP&A professional with strong experience in client billing & invoicing, financial planning, reporting, forecasting, and stakeholder management. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in a fast-paced global environment and partnering closely with operations and onshore teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and prepare client invoices including base fee and gainshare calculations as per contractual terms and KPI performance.
- Manage client cash reconciliation and reporting for monthly and ad hoc requirements.
- Prepare and maintain KPI dashboards and leadership reporting on a regular cadence.
- Perform variance analysis, identify performance drivers, and provide actionable insights.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, P&L analysis, and monthly/quarterly financial reporting.
- Drive reporting automation, dashboarding, and business intelligence initiatives.
- Partner with operations and business teams on commercial discussions and financial analysis.
- Support process transitions, process improvements, and strategic finance initiatives.
- Build strong understanding of client contracts, KPIs, and business impact analysis.
- Independently interact with clients for reporting, reconciliations, and business updates.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- B.Com / MBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification.
- 7+ years of overall experience with 4+ years in FP&A / Business Finance.
- Strong experience in:
- Budgeting & Forecasting
- Variance Analysis
- Client Billing & Reconciliation
- KPI Reporting & Dashboards
- Financial Reporting & P&L Analysis
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills are mandatory.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently in a global shared services environment.
