Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Financial Controller to manage and oversee the company’s financial operations. The ideal candidate will be a qualified Chartered Accountant with 3–4 years of relevant experience, capable of handling financial reporting, compliance, and internal controls.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee daily accounting operations
- Prepare and review financial statements, MIS reports, and budgets
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, tax regulations, and audits
- Handle GST, TDS, and other regulatory filings
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors
- Monitor cash flow, working capital, and financial planning
- Implement and maintain internal financial controls
- Analyze financial data and provide insights for decision-making
- Support management with financial strategy and forecasting
Key Requirements:
- Chartered Accountant (CA) – Mandatory
- 3–4 years of post-qualification experience
- Strong knowledge of accounting standards, taxation, and compliance
- Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, ERP systems, etc.)
- Advanced Excel skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in manufacturing / retail / e-commerce industry (if applicable)
- Knowledge of financial planning & analysis (FP&A)
