✅Experience: 4 to 8 years of dedicated experience in Record-to-Report (RTR) and financial accounting. A stable career history with no excessive job-hopping is strictly required.
✅Education: CA, CMA, ICWAI, or MBA from a reputed institute.
✅Core Skills: Hands-on experience executing the following platform-verified workflows: End-to-end RTR process management, financial reporting, regulatory compliance, external audit support, or process automation initiatives.
✅Software/Tools: Working proficiency in SAP and strong Excel skills.
✅Communication: Exceptional English skills for mandatory daily technical coordination syncs with global teams.
✅Logistics: 100% strictly Hybrid (4 Days Work from Office, 1 Day Work from Home) model located in Hinjewadi Phase 1, Pune (Cab facility available within a 15 km radius).
➡️Position Overview This role is responsible for managing the end-to-end Record-to-Report (RTR) process, ensuring accurate financial reporting, compliance, and process efficiency. The incumbent will support audits, drive SAP improvements, and execute automation initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

✔️[Process Management]: Manage end-to-end Record-to-Report (RTR) workflows ensuring accuracy and compliance
✔️[Financial Reporting]: Deliver accurate financial reporting and close processes efficiently
✔️[Audit Support]: Support internal and external audits with proper documentation and reconciliations
✔️[System Improvements]: Drive SAP improvements and enhancements for financial modules
✔️[Process Automation]: Identify and execute automation initiatives to streamline financial operations
