👉 WE’RE HIRING: SENIOR FINANCIAL ANALYST
We are hiring for the position of "Senior Financial Analyst in the Real Estate sector". This is a full-time, permanent role with remote work based in New Delhi. The shift will align with EST/PST (US Time Zone), and we are looking for someone who can join within 30 days.
Key Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in real estate financial analysis (mandatory)
- Strong expertise in DCF modeling (mandatory)
- Proficiency in Advanced Excel (mandatory)
- Experience with ARGUS software (mandatory)
- CFA certification (Preferred)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills(mandatory)
