Summary of Function:
The Sr. Analyst is responsible for preparing, maintaining, and analyzing periodic reports such as CM reporting and dashboards to provide insight into the financials to Business and Site owners. The role focuses on data accuracy, timely delivery, variance analysis, and continuous improvement of reporting processes. Create and distribute reports in accordance with operational reporting requirements as defined by Management/stakeholders.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports as per business requirements
- Consolidate data from multiple sources (ERP systems, Excel files, databases)
- Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of all reports
- Maintain standard reporting templates and dashboards
- Ability to perform MIS reporting and good working knowledge on report creation and publish Contribution Margin (CM) report
- Good understanding of financial statements mainly on Profit & Loss statement and business metrics.
- Demonstrates attention to detail, self-investigate reporting anomalies and fix them independently at first place.
- Support ad‑hoc analysis requests from stakeholders.
- Coordinate with different division owners and create reports for CM reporting in line with the division structure and align with them for data validation.
- Respond to queries related to reported numbers and support stakeholders and team during reviews and presentations
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and data governance standards
Qualification, Experience & Skills:
- Should be Accounting / Finance Graduate from reputed University
- Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in Record to report, MIS reporting profiles
- Strong proficiency in creating and maintaining financial reports, data analysis/conversion.
- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel (pivot tables, Vlook-ups, Xlook-ups, Sum-ifs formulas)
- Excellent attention to detail, multi-tasking skills, working with a sense of urgency
- Strong communication, organizational, stakeholder management and auditing skills
- Familiarity with supply chain/logistics operations management concepts will be preferred
- Should be able to manage working directly with onshore stakeholders
