Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Senior Financial Analyst role based in Bengaluru. The Senior Financial Analyst will be responsible for conducting financial analyses, developing financial models, preparing forecasts, and assisting with budgeting and strategy planning. Key tasks include analyzing financial trends, preparing reports for stakeholders, and collaborating across departments to align financial insights with organizational objectives. The role will also involve measuring financial performance and providing actionable insights for decision-making processes.
Qualifications
- Strong financial analysis and strategic planning skills, including budgeting, forecasting, and performance measurement
- Proficiency in financial modeling and working with analytics tools
- Solid understanding of accounting principles and practices
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other financial software
- Ability to effectively communicate complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. A Master's degree or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CFA) is a plus
- Experience in the healthcare or supply chain sector is advantageous
- Proven ability to work effectively in a collaborative, team-oriented environment
