Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Financial Due Diligence (FDD) professional at BPS Group located in Delhi, India. The role involves conducting comprehensive financial analysis, preparing due diligence reports, managing data collation, and analyzing financial records to assess risks and opportunities for clients. Responsibilities also include collaborating with team members and clients to ensure the timely delivery of detailed and accurate due diligence findings, while adhering to firm standards and client needs.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Financial Analysis and Financial Modeling
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills relevant to Financial Due Diligence
- Technical expertise in Accounting principles and standards
- Advanced knowledge of spreadsheet tools (e.g., Excel) and data visualization tools
- Effective communication and report writing skills
- Keen attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CA, CPA) are preferred but not mandatory
