Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Mulshi for a Senior Financial Accountant. The Senior Financial Accountant will manage and oversee the preparation of financial statements, ensure compliance with accounting standards, analyze financial data, and provide insights to support decision-making. Responsibilities include maintaining financial records, managing financial reporting, using accounting software to streamline processes, and collaborating with teams for accurate financial operations. The role involves conducting periodic audits and ensuring regulatory compliance.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in preparing Financial Statements and conducting Financial Reporting
- Expert Analytical Skills and strong knowledge of Finance principles
- Experience with Accounting Software and proficiency in financial tools
- Proven expertise in accounting and budget management
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA, CMA, or similar qualification is a plus
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work on-site in Mulshi, Pune
- Experience in industrial or manufacturing environments preferred
