The Opportunity
As a Senior Financial Accountant, you will manage end-to-end accounting and financial reporting for US-based clients, working across finance, systems, and process improvements.
This is a high-impact individual contributor role where you will handle financials, optimize workflows using automation, and collaborate with global stakeholders.
What You’ll Do (Impact-Focused Responsibilities)
- Manage end-to-end accounting and lead month-end/year-end close cycles
- Prepare and review financial statements in compliance with US GAAP
- Perform reconciliations, resolve discrepancies, and ensure accuracy
- Partner with US clients and act as a trusted finance contact
- Leverage automation/AI tools to improve workflows and efficiency
- Identify process improvements and support audit readiness
What We’re Looking For
- 4+ years of experience in accounting with strong US GAAP exposure
- Solid understanding of financial reporting, close cycles, and reconciliations
- Experience with ERP systems (NetSuite, QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle, etc.)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Effective communication skills for working with global stakeholders
- CA / CPA (or pursuing) is a plus
