Role Description
We are seeking a skilled Senior Finance Manager to oversee financial planning, analysis, and reporting at our Bengaluru office. This is a full-time, on-site role. The Senior Finance Manager will manage budgeting and forecasting, ensure compliance with regulatory and tax requirements, implement financial strategies, and provide leadership to the finance team. The role involves monitoring financial performance, creating financial models, and offering actionable insights to enhance business decision-making while maintaining financial health and integrity across the organization.
Qualifications
- Expertise in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting standards, and tax compliance.
- Leadership experience with the ability to manage and oversee a finance team effectively.
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail and strategic thinking.
- Excellent proficiency in financial tools, ERP systems, and data analytics software.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on collaboration.
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. A CPA, CA, or MBA in Finance is must
- 10+ years of experience in finance and accounting roles, preferably in the infrastructure or engineering sectors.o
