📢 Hiring: Finance & Planning Manager (Operations & Credit) – Bengaluru | Contract (8 Months)
We are looking for an experienced Finance & Planning professional to join our team on an 8-month contract based in Bengaluru.
📍 Location: Bengaluru
⏳ Duration: 8 Months Contract
⚠️ Note: Only candidates currently based in Bengaluru are eligible to apply.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Independently manage Finance & Planning for Operations, Credit Management, and Marketing (including overseas functions)
- Handle centralized finance responsibilities across UAE and international geographies
- Ensure strict adherence to financial policies, controls, and procedures
- Collaborate with stakeholders to provide accurate and timely financial insights
- Lead Management Information (MI) reporting including:
- Volumes and trends
- Transactions per staff
- Unit costing analysis
- Deliver ad-hoc financial reports, trend analysis, and transaction insights
🔹 What We’re Looking For:
- Strong experience in financial planning, reporting, and analysis
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple stakeholders
- Expertise in MIS reporting and financial analytics
- Experience handling multi-geo finance operations is a plus
