📢 Hiring: Finance Manager / Head of Finance
TONZO is looking for a responsible and strategic finance professional who can manage and strengthen the company’s financial planning and decision-making.
This role will focus on managing financial strategy, budgeting, cash flow planning, expense control, and supporting management in key financial decisions for the company.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage financial planning, budgeting, and cash flow
• Monitor company expenses and profitability
• Plan and structure operational and marketing budgets
• Manage credit terms with vendors and customers
• Support management in financial strategy and business planning
• Ensure financial discipline and cost optimization across the organization
Preferred Profile:
• Experience in finance management, financial planning, or business finance
• Strong understanding of budgeting, cost control, and financial strategy
• Experience working with growing companies or SMEs is preferred
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills
