Job Title: Senior Finance Manager
We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Senior Finance Manager to lead and manage the company’s finance and accounting operations. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills and comprehensive knowledge of accounting standards, taxation, and statutory compliance. This role will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end financial management while supporting strategic planning and key business decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee overall finance operations including budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
• Prepare and finalize monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Monitor cash flow and manage working capital to ensure financial stability
• Implement cost control measures and effective financial management strategies
• Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, ROC filings, and other statutory regulations
• Coordinate with internal and external auditors and ensure timely completion of audits
• Prepare MIS reports, financial models, forecasts, and management dashboards
• Improve financial systems and processes to enhance operational efficiency
• Liaise with banks, auditors, vendors, and internal departments for financial matters
• Lead and supervise the accounts team to ensure accurate and timely closing of books
Requirements:
• CA Qualified or CA Intermediate (Mandatory)
• 8–10 years of experience in finance and accounting after CA Inter / CA qualification
• Strong understanding of Indian accounting standards, taxation laws, and audit procedures
• Hands-on experience with Tally or ERP systems
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel
• Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities independently
