Job Summary

The Senior Manager – Finance will lead the financial planning, accounting, statutory compliance, MIS reporting, project finance, and strategic budgeting functions for Auramah Valley’s real estate, hospitality, and club businesses. The role requires strong expertise in project-wise financial control, cash flow management, taxation, audit, budgeting, and management reporting, while partnering closely with business heads to drive profitability and financial discipline.

Key Responsibilities1) Financial Planning & Budgeting

• Lead annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long-term financial planning.
• Prepare project-wise and department-wise budgets for real estate, clubhouse, hospitality, and facility operations.
• Monitor budget vs actuals and provide variance analysis with corrective action plans.
• Drive cost optimization and profitability improvement initiatives.

2) Project Finance & Real Estate Accounting

• Manage project cash flows, construction cost tracking, contractor payments, and milestone-based disbursements.
• Oversee land acquisition finance, due diligence, and investment feasibility analysis.
• Ensure revenue recognition as per RERA, Ind AS, and company policies.
• Support leadership with IRR, ROI, and project viability models for new developments.

3) MIS, Reporting & Business Analytics

• Prepare monthly MIS, P&L, balance sheet, fund flow, and cash flow statements.
• Present financial dashboards to management with insights on revenue, collections, expenses, and margins.
• Develop business intelligence reports for sales, collections, occupancy, and operating profitability.
• Provide decision-support analytics to CEO/CFO and project leadership teams.

4) Compliance, Audit & Controls

• Ensure timely compliance of GST, TDS, Income Tax, ROC, RERA, and other statutory requirements.
• Coordinate internal, statutory, tax, and project audits.
• Strengthen SOPs, maker-checker controls, and financial governance.
• Ensure adherence to internal approval matrices and procurement controls.

5) Treasury & Working Capital

• Manage banking relationships, loan documentation, CC/OD limits, and project finance facilities.
• Monitor daily cash position and optimize fund utilization.
• Prepare short-term and long-term cash flow forecasts.
• Ensure vendor, payroll, and statutory payments are planned efficiently.

6) Team Leadership

• Lead the finance and accounts team across AP, AR, taxation, payroll, treasury, and MIS.
• Review team deliverables, reconciliations, and monthly closure.
• Mentor junior finance managers and accountants.
• Coordinate with sales, CRM, purchase, projects, and hospitality teams.

Required Qualifications

• CA / CMA / MBA Finance / M.Com
• 8–12+ years of experience in real estate, luxury hospitality, clubs, or mixed-use developments
• Strong knowledge of:
• RERA compliance
• GST / TDS / Direct Tax
• Project accounting
• Ind AS / IFRS
• Cash flow & fund management
• MIS and financial modelling
• Experience in ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Tally Prime, Zoho Books, or ERPNext
• Advanced Excel and dashboard reporting skills
