Senior Finance Executive | Manufacturing | Bangalore (Challaghatta) | ₹9–10 LPA
Join a growing manufacturing organization and play a key role in strengthening finance, accounting, compliance, and internal controls. Work closely with leadership on process improvements, month-end closure, MIS reporting, GST/TDS compliance, SOP implementation, and post-acquisition finance integration.
Key Responsibilities
- Review existing accounting processes, books of accounts and financial reporting processes.
- Review general ledger scrutiny, account reconciliations and month-end close processes.
- Ensure proper classification of revenue and capital expenditure and appropriate accounting treatment.
- Develop and implement month-end closure checklists.
- Review and prepare monthly MIS reports and management reports.
- Review GST, TDS and other statutory compliance processes.
- Review accounting treatment of GST RCM, ineligible credits and withholding taxes.
- Review and strengthen internal financial controls and develop process documentation.
- Assist in implementing finance policies and SOPs of the holding company.
- Develop KRAs and accountability matrices for finance personnel.
- Support integration of finance processes with the holding company’s governance framework.
- Provide periodic progress updates and recommendations to management.
Technical Skills Required
- Strong knowledge of accounting standards and financial reporting.
- Excellent understanding of manufacturing accounting and inventory accounting.
- Working knowledge of GST, TDS and Companies Act compliances.
- Experience in internal controls and SOP development.
- Advanced Excel skills and hands-on experience with Tally ERP.
