We are looking for a hands-on Financial Controller to independently manage end-to-end finance operations in a growing organization. This role is ideal for a finance professional who thrives in ownership-driven environments and brings strong expertise in accounting, statutory compliance, payroll execution, and financial controls.
Key Focus Areas:
• Month-end & year-end closing and financial reporting
• Payroll execution and statutory compliance (PF, ESI, PT, TDS, GST)
• Budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Internal controls, audits, and process improvement
• Cash flow, working capital, and banking operations
Success Metrics:
✔ On-time and accurate financial closing
✔ Zero statutory non-compliance or penalties
✔ 100% accurate and on-time payroll
✔ Strong audit readiness and controls
Requirements:
• 5–6 years of finance & accounting experience
• CA / CMA / CPA / ACCA preferred
• Experience managing finance operations in a growing organization
