Hiring: Senior Finance & MIS Consultant (Part-Time / Retainer)
(Not an Accountant. Not a CA-on-call. This is a Systems & Governance Role.)
At Walnut Advertising & Imago & Getter, we are looking to build a strong financial control system as we scale. We need a senior consultant to design and install our Financial Operating System (FOS) — not manage books.
Mandate
• Build a clean MIS architecture (single source of truth)
• Create cashflow visibility & forecasting discipline
• Implement profitability tracking (client / project level)
• Establish expense controls & governance systems
• Drive receivables discipline & working capital control
• Set up monthly closing cadence (fast, accurate)
• Structure and mentor a junior finance team
Outcome
• MIS that is accurate, timely, decision-ready
• Clear visibility on profitability & leakages
• Improved cash discipline & reduced receivable cycles
• A process-driven, self-running junior finance function
Ideal Profile
• 12–18+ years (Ex-CFO / Finance Controller)
• Strong in MIS, systems, and finance governance for SMEs
• Operator + architect mindset (not transactional)
• Comfortable in a part-time, high-impact role
Structure
• 2–3 days/week | 6-month mandate (extendable)
• 1–2 days onsite at LBS Road, Ghatkopar, Mumbai is a must.
