Role Overview
We are looking for a sharp, structured and dependable Senior Finance Associate to support senior leadership / partners across client coordination, financial documentation, internal reporting, follow-ups and execution support across audit, tax, advisory and compliance engagements.
This role is suited for someone with 5–8 years of experience in a CA firm, audit firm, consulting firm, financial advisory firm or professional services setup. The candidate should be comfortable managing client communication, documentation, MIS, timelines and internal coordination with accuracy and maturity.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage coordination between partners, clients, internal teams, associates and external stakeholders.
- Track client-wise deliverables, pending documents, audit/tax/compliance timelines, review points and statutory deadlines.
- Prepare meeting agendas, minutes of meetings, action trackers, client updates, MIS reports and internal status summaries.
- Support the organization and review of financial documents, audit records, invoices, agreements, working papers, client files and compliance-related documentation.
- Draft professional emails, client communications, internal notes, follow-up messages and status updates.
- Coordinate meetings, calls, schedules, travel plans and priority follow-ups for senior leadership / partners.
- Ensure timely follow-through on action items and escalate important matters where required.
- Maintain structured records for client engagements, proposals, engagement letters, invoices, reports and internal documentation.
- Handle confidential client, business and financial information with discretion.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or a related field.
- CA Inter, CMA Inter, MBA Finance or M.Com qualification preferred.
- 5–8 years of relevant experience in a CA firm, audit firm, consulting firm, financial advisory firm or professional services environment.
- Good understanding of accounting, audit, taxation, compliance, financial documentation and client coordination.
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook and Google Workspace.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong follow-up discipline, attention to detail, ownership and ability to manage deadlines.
