Requirements :
• 10+ years in core banking technology
• Hands-on Finacle 10.x to 11.x upgrade, taken to go-live
• At least one end-to-end Finacle implementation
• Hands-on means hands-on: you design the upgrade, then get into the scripts, batch logs and cutover runbook yourself.
• Deep in customization: Finacle scripting, custom menus, batch jobs, EOD/BOD, reports
• Integration: Finacle Integrator, Connect 24, product and custom APIs
• Strong Oracle SQL and PL/SQL, performance tuning, data migration
Qualifications
- Strong architecture and architectural design skills, with proven experience defining end-to-end solutions for complex banking platforms such as Finacle.
- Hands-on software development experience, including designing and implementing upgrade paths, custom extensions, and performance tuning for Finacle or similar core banking systems.
- Expertise in system and application integration, including APIs, middleware, and data migration between Finacle components and external systems.
- Demonstrated project management capabilities, including planning, coordination, risk management, and delivery oversight for large-scale technology upgrades.
- In-depth understanding of Finacle 10 and 11 architecture, deployment models, and configuration, with prior experience in version upgrades strongly preferred.
- Knowledge of banking domain processes, security and compliance requirements, and high-availability, disaster recovery, and performance best practices.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, communicate complex technical topics clearly, and provide architectural leadership and mentoring.
- Experience working in on-site client environments and willingness
You will own:
• 10 to 11 gap analysis and target architecture
• Retrofit of customizations and interfaces
• Data migration, reconciliation and mock runs
• EOD/BOD performance, cutover and rollback
• Technical lead across the bank's IT, Infosys Finacle and the SI
