Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bhopal for a Senior Field Service Engineer. The role involves performing field service operations, troubleshooting technical issues, providing technical support, conducting preventive maintenance, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. The Senior Field Service Engineer will work closely with clients to ensure optimal performance and will manage repairs or maintenance of mining and construction equipment on-site.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Field Service operations, including the ability to work Remote and adapt to various environments
- Strong Troubleshooting and Technical Support skills, with an ability to identify and resolve issues efficiently
- Proficiency in Preventive Maintenance practices, ensuring equipment functionality and compliance with safety regulations
- Excellent Customer Service skills and the ability to build and maintain professional client relationships
- Experience in mining or construction equipment is an advantage
- Degree or diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or a related field
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to travel and work on-site in challenging operational environments
