Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Field Service Engineer located in Gurgaon City serving PAN India. The Senior Field Service Engineer will be responsible for performing field service tasks such as installation, troubleshooting, and diagnosing technical issues. Responsibilities also include conducting preventive maintenance, providing technical support to clients, and ensuring customer satisfaction by resolving any service-related concerns in a timely and professional manner. He will be responsible for PAN India.
Field Service Engineer – Medical Equipment
Location: Delhi NCR (covering PAN India Service)
Reporting to: Director – Sales & Marketing
We’re looking for a skilled Service Engineer to drive installation, maintenance, and technical excellence across critical hospital equipment.
What you’ll do:
• Install, calibrate & commission patient monitors, nerve stimulators & more.
• Handle preventive maintenance, AMC/CMC & troubleshooting.
• Deliver product demos, customer training & technical support.
• Maintain service documentation & ensure compliance standards.
• Partner with sales teams using technical expertise.
Who we’re looking for:
• B.E./B.Tech in Biomedical, Electronics, or Instrumentation.
• 4–6 years of experience servicing medical equipment.
• Hands-on with monitors, ECG, defibrillators, etc.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication & customer-facing skills.
• Open to travel across India.
