We’re on a mission to replace single-use plastics and empower conscious consumers through direct-to-consumer subscriptions and impact-driven digital experiences.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to position our COMPOSTIBLE brand of products to targeted segments - Retail, Hospitality, Healthcare
- Identify and target key decision-makers within the organizations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients to drive sales growth.
- Conduct presentations and product demonstrations tailored to client needs.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align strategies and feedback.
Key Skills:
- 3 years of proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within packaging products
- Established relationships with corporate customers
- Strong understanding of corporate procurement processes and enterprise sales cycles.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage and grow large accounts effectively.
