Job Description (JD) – Institutional Reach Assistant Team Lead
Position: Institutional Reach Assistant Team Lead
Department: Marketing & Admissions
Location: Gurugram Sector -35 (Field Work)
Experience Required: Minimum 2 Years in Institutional Reach / Education Marketing
Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Institutional Reach Assistant Team Lead who can build strong relationships with Schools, ITIs, Polytechnics, Degree Colleges, and Training Institutes to generate student admissions for SkillServe Academy. The candidate will be responsible for institutional tie-ups, seminars, student engagement activities, and admission conversion through institutional channels.
Key Responsibilities
· Visit Schools, ITIs, Polytechnics, Degree Colleges, and educational institutes regularly.
· Develop and maintain strong relationships with Principals, HODs, Placement Officers, and Management.
· Conduct seminars, career guidance sessions, workshops, and awareness programs for students.
· Generate student leads and collect student databases through institutional activities.
· Coordinate campus engagement programs and admission drives.
· Follow up with interested students and support admission conversion.
· Work closely with the counselling and telecalling team for lead conversion.
· Plan institutional outreach strategies to maximize admissions.
· Maintain daily visit reports, lead records, and admission updates.
· Achieve monthly admission and outreach targets.
Required Skills
· Strong communication and presentation skills
· Good networking and relationship-building abilities
· Knowledge of education sales and institutional marketing
· Ability to conduct seminars confidently
· Basic reporting and follow-up management
Preferred Candidate Profile
· Existing connections with schools, colleges, ITIs, or training institutes preferred.
· Candidate should have good understanding of admission generation through institutional activities.
