We are seeking an experienced result driven Python Developer with 4+ years of experience, to join our growing team. In this role, the candidate will oversee end-to-end development processes, mentor a team of developers, and ensure the delivery of high-performing, scalable, and secure Python-based systems. This position requires an understanding of backend development, API design, and system architecture.
Key Responsibilities:
● Develop modules and applications using Python.
● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze, design, and implement features.
● Optimize application performance and ensure responsiveness.
● Write clean, maintainable, and reusable code.
● Workclosely with cross-functional teams, including designers, back-end developers, and product managers.
● Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
● Stay up to date with the latest trends and technologies in development.
Requirements: Must Have
● Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
● Solid Data Structure concepts.
● 4+ years of experience in back-end development, with a focus on Python.
● Proficient in Python core, Python functional, Python OOPS, Exception handling, Context managers, Multithreading.
● Should have a solid understanding of SQL fundamentals.
● Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.
● Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
● Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet project deadlines.
● Technical Documentation Additional Qualifications:
Nice to Have
● Experience with other frameworks/libraries such as micro web frameworks in the backend.
● Knowledge to deploy APIs (can be monolith or microservice) on cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP).
● Knowledge in Machine Learning or LLM will be a plus.
● Experience with Microservices will be a plus.
● Knowledge in using tools like JIRA and Trello.
● Experience in Tesseract, Bottle, OpenCV, OCR.
● Experience with Agile methodologies.
● Experience with HyperScience or any other IDP Application.
