Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Fashion Designer based in Noida. The Senior Fashion Designer will be responsible for creating innovative and trend-driven fashion designs, overseeing embroidery details, managing textile selections, and ensuring impeccable fitting. Day-to-day responsibilities include collaboration with design teams, prototyping, supervising production processes, and ensuring the quality and consistency of collections. The candidate will play a key role in shaping and evolving the brand's aesthetic vision.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Fashion Design, including conceptualization and execution of design ideas
- Expertise in Embroidery and Textiles to craft intricate and high-quality garments
- Proficiency in garment Fitting and attention to detail to ensure precision and quality
- Deep understanding of current fashion trends and market demands
- Experience in team leadership and working collaboratively in design teams
- Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design or a related field
- 5+ years of professional experience in the fashion industry, preferably in a senior design role
- Strong portfolio showcasing innovative and diverse designs
