Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Noida sector 65, India, for a Senior Fashion Designer. The Senior Fashion Designer will be responsible for overseeing the creation of new designs, developing concepts, and supervising the entire design process to ensure high-quality outcomes. Responsibilities include conducting research, selecting textiles, coordinating with production teams, ensuring proper fitting, and designing intricate embroidery patterns. The designer will collaborate with other team members to align designs with the company’s vision and market trends, while also adhering to sustainable practices.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Fashion Design, including conceptualizing and creating innovative garment designs.
• Experience with Textiles and Embroidery, demonstrating expertise in fabric selection and designing intricate patterns.
• Knowledge of Fitting and garment construction to ensure high-quality and well-fitted designs.
• Passion for fashion and attention to emerging market trends and sustainable design practices.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively within a team.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in the fashion industry at a senior level.
• Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design, Textile Design, or a related field is preferred.
