Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Fashion Consultant located in Mumbai. The Senior Fashion Consultant will provide expert fashion advice to clients, offer impeccable customer service, and guide customers in selecting outfits that align with the brand's ethos. Responsibilities also include understanding the product line, offering styling suggestions for various occasions, and contributing to retail sales targets through active engagement. Collaborating with the team and maintaining store aesthetics will also be key aspects of the role.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Product Knowledge and Fashion Consulting
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service abilities
- Experience in Sales and working towards achieving sales targets
- Keen sense of style and understanding of luxury fashion trends
- Ability to build strong relationships with clients, ensuring a personalized shopping experience
- Previous experience in fashion or retail is preferred but not mandatory
- Self-motivated, confident, and passionate about fashion and customer satisfaction
