We are looking for an experienced and passionate Senior Fashion Consultant to join our team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in fashion retail sales, client relationship management, and customer servicing with the ability to drive both store and online sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with clients
- Understand client preferences, purchase history, and styling requirements
- Drive sales through personalized client engagement and follow-ups
- Handle both in-store and online customer sales
- Analyze customer data and buying patterns to improve sales performance
- Manage and oversee client orders from start to finish
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and smooth order processing
- Provide excellent post-sales service and customer support
- Maintain high standards of customer experience and brand representation
- Stay updated with current fashion trends and collections
Requirements
- Minimum 5–6 years of experience in fashion retail, luxury sales, or fashion consulting
- Proven experience in client sales and relationship management
- Strong understanding of fashion products, styling, and customer preferences
- Experience managing online sales and store operations
- Ability to analyze customer history and sales data to drive business growth
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer servicing skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Professional appearance and a passion for fashion
