Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi for a Senior Fashion Consultant. The Senior Fashion Consultant will work directly with clients to provide personalized styling and fashion advice. Key responsibilities include assisting customers in selecting ready-to-wear and custom-made menswear, offering recommendations for different occasions, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience. The role also includes maintaining deep product knowledge, driving sales, and consistently delivering exceptional customer service.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Product Knowledge, including fabrics, fits, and trends in menswear.
- Strong Fashion Consulting skills, with the ability to provide personalized styling advice tailored to clients’ preferences and occasions.
- Excellent Communication skills to effectively engage and build relationships with clients.
- Proven Customer Service and Sales abilities to ensure a seamless shopping experience and drive business growth.
- Passion for fashion and styling, with attention to detail and a focus on quality.
- Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced retail environment.
- Prior experience in fashion consulting or luxury retail is an added advantage.
