Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru for a Senior Fashion Buyer. The Senior Fashion Buyer will be responsible for selecting and purchasing apparel, accessories, footwear, or lifestyle products that align with the brand’s identity, customer preferences, seasonal trends, and financial targets. The role combines fashion trend forecasting with commercial decision-making to maximize sales, profitability, and brand positioning. The Senior Fashion Buyer work closely with designers, merchandisers, suppliers, and retail teams to curate collections that appeal to target customers while maintaining inventory efficiency and margin goals.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills for forecasting trends and analyzing market data
- Excellent Communication and Negotiation skills to build relationships with vendors and stakeholders
- Experience in Purchasing and Sales to select and acquire products that align with business goals
- A deep understanding of the fashion industry and market trends
- Proven track record in meeting sales and revenue targets
- Ability to work strategically and adapt to dynamic industry changes
- Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Merchandising, Business Administration, or related field preferred
