Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Faculty (Airports, Airline & Aviation), based in Chennai. As a Senior Faculty member, you will deliver expert-level instruction in airports, airline, and aviation topics, develop high-quality course content, and provide mentorship to students. Your responsibilities will include training, formulating curriculum strategies, conducting workshops, evaluating student progress, and ensuring an engaging and impactful learning experience. You will play an integral role in preparing students for successful careers in the aviation and airline industries.
Qualifications
- Expert knowledge in Airports, Airlines, and Aviation Management, with proven industry experience.
- Strong facilitation and communication skills for conducting workshops, lectures, and interactive sessions.
- Curriculum development experience, including designing and structuring learning materials and assessments.
- Ability to mentor and inspire students, and guide them in understanding industry practices.
- Proficiency with technology tools and platforms used for training and education delivery.
- Prior teaching experience in a college, university, or professional training setup is preferred.
- A postgraduate degree or certification in Aviation, Airline Management, or a related field will be highly advantageous.
