Role Overview:
Support the delivery of daily F&B, housekeeping, events, pantry, and soft services at The Client at Pune, maintaining high standards of service, hygiene, compliance, and guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations in pantry/cafeteria, meeting/event setups, and housekeeping as per company scope and hygiene standards with the facility/ building management team.
- Monitor food quality, presentation, service timing, portion control, and adherence to FSSAI and safety guidelines.
- Coordinate with external vendors, catering partners, and internal teams to ensure smooth delivery and issue resolution.
- Maintain inventory, oversee supply stocks, validate vendor bills, and support cost control.
- Collect and document employee and guest feedback, resolve complaints, and implement improvements.
- Prepare and update service, hygiene, and audit checklists; ensure audit and statutory documentation is up-to-date.
- Participate in regular inspections, safety checks, pest control, and waste management activities.
- Provide on-ground support for company events, conferences, and special meetings.
- Ensure compliance with health, hygiene, security, and company policies at all times.
- Prepare daily/weekly MIS and assist with reporting as required.

Mailroom Management and security
- Support & Manage overall office management activities
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Hospitality Management or related field.
- 3+ years’ experience in corporate F&B, soft services, or events.
- Good communication, people, and coordination skills.
- Working knowledge of MS Excel, documentation, and reporting.
