Senior Lead Facility Engineer
In this role, you will be responsible for managing facility operations across the corporate office and manufacturing unit, with end-to-end ownership of MEP systems. You will drive maintenance excellence and lead greenfield and brownfield projects, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and reliability of all infrastructure and utilities.
Your job:
- Manage end-to-end facility operations for both corporate office and manufacturing unit
- Ensure high availability and performance of MEP systems including electrical, HVAC, plumbing, fire systems, DG sets, and utilities
- Plan and execute greenfield and brownfield projects, including expansion, upgrades, and infrastructure setup
- Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance strategies to minimize downtime
- Monitor and optimize energy usage, driving cost-saving and sustainability initiatives
- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, EHS standards, and safety protocols
- Lead vendor management, including selection, negotiation, and performance monitoring
- Prepare and manage facility budgets, track expenses, and drive cost efficiencies and collaborate with internal stakeholders for infrastructure planning and improvements
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and adopt best practices in facility management
Our requirements:
- 10–15 years of experience in facility management, preferably in manufacturing setups with Electrical Engineering Background
- Strong hands-on expertise in MEP systems and utilities management and Proven experience in handling greenfield and brownfield projects
- Good understanding of electrical systems, HVAC, DG sets, and plant utilities and Knowledge of statutory compliance, EHS, and safety standards
- Experience in team handling and vendor coordination with Strong problem-solving, planning, and execution skills
- Good communication and stakeholder management abilities
