Job Description: Senior Facade Designer

Role Overview:
The Senior Façade Designer will lead complex façade design packages, ensure technical accuracy, and coordinate across departments to deliver optimized and compliant façade solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead façade system design development for high-rise and large-scale projects.
- Review and approve shop drawings, fabrication drawings, and system details prior to production release.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to designers and junior designers. Conduct detailed design reviews to ensure compliance with project specifications, international codes, and UAE standards.
- Optimize façade systems for cost efficiency, performance, and ease of fabrication and installation.
- Support value engineering and alternative system proposals without compromising design intent or performance.
- Coordinate with structural, thermal, and façade engineering teams for system validation.
- Support site teams in resolving complex technical and execution-related design issues.
Skills Required:
- Advanced façade system design and detailing capability.
- Strong understanding of anchorage, load transfer, and constructability. Ability to independently
- review shop and fabrication drawings.
- Experience in value engineering and design optimization. Ability to guide and mentor junior team
- members.
- AutoCAD proficiency; Revit, Rhino, and Grasshopper are added advantages.
