Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Senior Export Executive role based in Mahuva. The Senior Export Executive will manage end-to-end export operations, including preparing export documentation, coordinating with freight forwarders, shipping lines, customs agents, and inspection agencies. The role involves managing orders from inquiry to dispatch, ensuring accurate pricing, terms, and compliance with international trade regulations. The Senior Export Executive will communicate regularly with international clients, respond to queries, share shipment updates, and maintain strong customer relationships. Responsibilities also include monitoring logistics timelines, tracking shipments, resolving operational issues, and collaborating with internal teams such as production, finance, and quality to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment. The individual will also analyze export data, maintain records, and support management with reports and insights on export performance.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of export documentation, incoterms, international shipping procedures, and customs regulations.
- Proven experience managing end-to-end export operations, preferably in a manufacturing or trading environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and familiarity with ERP or export management software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional language skills are an advantage.
- Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting.
- Strong attention to detail, numerical accuracy, and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, International Trade, Commerce, or a related field; advanced certifications in export/import are a plus.
- Previous experience in a senior or lead export role, with the ability to mentor junior team members.
- Willingness to work on-site in Mahuva and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams.
