Qualifications
- Experience in training needs analysis, program design, and end-to-end management of training initiatives.
- Strong facilitation and presentation skills, with the ability to engage diverse groups and adapt delivery methods.
- Ability to develop clear training content, manuals, and supporting materials using modern learning tools and techniques.
- Skills in measuring training outcomes, maintaining accurate training records, and reporting on learning effectiveness.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and levels.
- Proficiency in standard office productivity tools and learning platforms; familiarity with LMS solutions is an advantage.
- Master's degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, Education, or a related field; relevant certifications in L&D are a plus.
- Proven experience in a Training & Development or Learning & Development role, preferably in a corporate environment.
