Manage payout computation and payout tracking for all Offline DSAs and ZET Pros with proper validation and reconciliation. Coordinate with Offline DSAs and ZET Pros for escalations, operational queries, and daily offline report sharing. Ensure payout data is validated and reconciled accurately before processing to avoid discrepancies. Work closely with internal business, finance, and operations teams for smooth execution of offline operations. Track operational metrics and identify gaps or inefficiencies in reporting and payout workflows. Required Skills & Qualifications 2–4 years of experience in operations, business operations, payout operations, or process management roles. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace/G Suite products for reporting and operational tracking. Experience in handling large datasets, reconciliations, and operational reporting with strong attention to detail. Good stakeholder management and communication skills to coordinate effectively with DSAs and cross-functional teams. SQL knowledge is an added advantage for operational analysis and data validation.
