Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role in Udaipur for a Senior Manager - Talent Acquisition. The Senior Manager will oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, implement talent acquisition strategies, and craft impactful employer branding initiatives. Responsibilities include managing the hiring process, conducting interviews, and liaising with department heads to assess staffing needs. The role focuses on attracting top talent and enhancing the candidate experience while aligning recruitment strategies with the company's growth objectives.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Full-Life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting strategies
- Strong skills in Hiring processes and Interviewing techniques
- Experience in developing and executing Employer Branding initiatives
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage recruitment targets
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment platforms
- Strong leadership and project management skills
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced certification in HR is a plus
- Experience in talent acquisition within e-commerce, furniture, or retail industries is advantageous
