We are seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition professional to strengthen our workforce by efficiently managing blue‑collar recruitment through agencies and job portals.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for blue‑collar roles (technicians, electricians, operators, helpers, etc.).
Source candidates via job portals, recruitment agencies, and local networks.
Screen resumes, conduct initial telephonic interviews, and shortlist suitable profiles.
Coordinate interviews, negotiate offers, and ensure smooth onboarding.
Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment metrics for reporting.
Build strong relationships with manpower agencies to ensure timely supply of candidates.
Ensure compliance with company policies and labour regulations during hiring.
🎯 Requirements
Education: Graduate in HR/Management or equivalent.
Experience: Minimum 2 years in Talent Acquisition, with major focus on blue‑collar hiring.
Skills:
Strong sourcing ability via portals (Naukri, Indeed, etc.) and agencies.
Good communication and negotiation skills.
