Job Role : Senior Executive Talent Acquisition
Key Responsibilities
- Drive end-to-end recruitment for Engineering, Manufacturing, Commercial, Corporate, and Business functions.
- Own complete hiring lifecycle from requirement understanding to candidate closure and onboarding coordination.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand role expectations, hiring priorities, interview feedback, and closure timelines.
- Ensure consistent follow-up with candidates, interview panels, and stakeholders to drive faster decision-making and offer closures.
- Manage multiple open positions simultaneously while maintaining strong turnaround time and hiring quality.
- Track and monitor hiring metrics including closures, aging positions, interview conversion ratios, offer acceptance, and TAT.
- Publish regular hiring trackers, reports, and status updates to leadership and business stakeholders.
- Build strong sourcing pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, job portals, networking, and direct outreach.
- Handle critical and high-priority positions with urgency and strong execution focus.
- Coordinate interview scheduling and ensure smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Drive hiring discipline through structured tracking, stakeholder alignment, and timely escalation wherever required.
- Support continuous improvement of recruitment processes, hiring workflows, and reporting mechanisms.
What We’re Looking For
- BE (Bachelor of Engineering) / MBA in HR or equivalent qualification
- 6–10 years of experience in Talent Acquisition with strong exposure to both technical and business hiring.
- Strong experience in Engineering hiring across Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Manufacturing, Automotive, EV, or Product organizations.
- Experience in Commercial hiring including Sales, Service, After Sales, Marketing, and Operations roles.
- Proven track record of handling high hiring volumes and delivering closures within aggressive timelines.
- Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills with the ability to work closely with hiring managers and leadership teams.
- Good understanding of sourcing techniques including LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean Search, X-Ray Search, and talent mapping.
- Strong focus on recruitment tracking, metrics, reporting, and hiring governance.
- Ability to work with high ownership, urgency, and execution focus in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and follow-up skills.
- Startup or high-growth company experience will be an added advantage.
