Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Executive Talent Acquisition, based in Gurugram. The role involves managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates. Responsibilities also include developing and executing recruitment strategies, enhancing employer branding efforts, and managing hiring for both technical and non-technical roles.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Hiring and Recruiting practices
- Strong Communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in Employer Branding to attract top talent
- Knowledge of Non-IT Recruitment and related hiring processes
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Proactive attitude and a results-driven approach to problem-solving
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Experience in the construction or home improvement industry is advantageous
