Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Bengaluru for a Senior Executive Talent Acquisition. The individual will be responsible for managing end-to-end hiring processes, sourcing and recruiting top talent for various roles, with a focus on IT recruitment as needed. Additional duties include building and maintaining a strong employer brand, collaborating with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, and ensuring all recruitment efforts align with organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Experience in Hiring, Recruiting, and IT Recruitment
- Strong Communication skills to interact with candidates, teams, and stakeholders
- Knowledge and experience in Employer Branding strategies
- Ability to build networks and manage relationships with top talent
- Attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Prior experience in talent acquisition within the entertainment, hospitality, or similar industries is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
